FAQ | Million Floors — £1 Digital Floor Platform

Question 1

What exactly is a Million Floors floor?

Accepted Answer

A floor is your own permanently assigned digital space inside a virtual building with one million floors. Think of it as a tiny webpage — a room you can decorate with your brand, links, images, and a bio. Every floor has a unique number between 1 and 1,000,000 and a permanent public URL you can share anywhere.

Question 2

Why does it cost £1?

Accepted Answer

The £1 price is the whole point. It keeps the platform accessible to everyone — creators, small businesses, artists, and individuals — while ensuring every floor is genuinely claimed by a real person. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden fees. You pay once and the floor is yours.

Question 3

How is my floor number chosen?

Accepted Answer

Your floor number is randomly assigned at the moment of purchase. You cannot choose a specific number — that is part of what makes Million Floors unique. Every claim is a surprise. Once assigned, your floor number is permanently yours and cannot be reassigned to anyone else.

Question 4

What can I put on my floor?

Accepted Answer

You can customise your floor with a business name and tagline, a room background image, a bio of up to 1,000 characters, an advertising image, a feature video, and up to five external links. Your floor becomes a mini landing page for your brand, project, or personality.

Question 5

Can I sell or transfer my floor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Million Floors marketplace lets you list your floor for resale. Buyers can make offers and, once agreed, ownership transfers to the new owner. A small platform commission applies to completed sales. You can also hold your floor indefinitely — there is no expiry.

Question 6

Is my floor permanent? Will it disappear?

Accepted Answer

Your floor is permanently yours once claimed. There are no recurring fees, no annual renewals, and no risk of losing your floor due to inactivity. The platform is designed to last — once you own a floor, it stays yours unless you choose to sell it.

Question 7

How does the AI room image work?

Accepted Answer

Each floor can have a unique room image that reflects your category and brand. Upload your own photo or image to make your floor truly personal.

Question 8

How many floors are there in total?

Accepted Answer

There are exactly 1,000,000 floors. Floor 1,000,000 is permanently reserved as the creator penthouse and cannot be purchased. The remaining 999,999 floors are available to claim for £1 each on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all floors are claimed, the only way to get one is through the resale marketplace.
